The design of a space for celebrating happiness in residential buildings is a relatively new subject, of which a sample is rarely available. This space is tailored to the specific requirements of the users who have different design styles. Considering the spatial relationships, lighting, the thought of using materials and coordinating colors are the most important points in designing this space. Creating frames with high visual appeal can be used to reach the desired space. The subject of the project was to rebuild the 5th floor building community hall with a size of 120 square meters, which was left unused due to some shortcomings it had and it was turned into a large warehouse.

The main problem with the plan was the distance between the caretaker's room from the window and the natural light. Another problem that was planned was the lack of suitable areas for various sections of the community hall. We replaced, the caretaker's room from the northeastern part of the community hall to the Western Front, The separator wall of the new janitor's room and the auditorium was designed with a soft curve wall. The previous place for the old caretaker room was replaced by the kitchen, and the other part of the former caretaker's room became the guest's dressing room and restroom.

The point of collision of new kitchen’s door and lounge, the perfect area for the bar counter. With the advancement of the design and study on the spatial division of the hall, it was decided that the turning point and heart of the hall is that the desk counter and the attention of the design focuses on this point. For indexing this area, wooden parallelepiped beams were used together in the same way as repeater in the ceiling and wall to define the range. A concrete countertop with a body of voluminous hand tile defines the boundary between the service sector and the guests. From the wooden beam of the wall a sheet of iron protruded and with lighting in combination with the mirror inside it, introduces bottles and glasses.

The point of collision of new kitchen’s door and lounge, is the perfect area for the bar counter. our concept is shaped by considering the desk counter as the principal point of the project is that the desk counter and the attention of the project and the attention of the design focuses on this point. For indexing this area, wooden parallel beams were used together in the same way as a repeater in the ceiling and wall to define the range. A concrete countertop with a body of voluminous hand tile defines the boundary between the service sector and the guests. From the wooden beam of the wall a sheet of iron, protruded and with lighting in combination with the mirror inside it, introduces bottles and glasses.

The counter body tiles were made in handmade. They molded in plaster casts of clay and after drying, it fired and became biscuit. In this step, the glaze is sprayed on them with a pistol and they were again in the furnace and the final product was obtained. During layout, these voluminous tiles were placed at different angles and created a surface with unusual volumes. The light from the top to the bodies of this volume creates shadows that better reflect the volume of the tiles. The color of the cerulean blue Tiles is well visible alongside the concrete.

To build a concrete counter, iron skeleton was assembled with 80x40 profiles and after molding, the concrete was prepared and poured in place by the concrete machine. The templates opened after a week and the surface of the counter by means of different number sanding was eroded in a few steps. By creating more abrasion in some areas and the appearance of aggregates inside the concrete, patterns on the concrete surface of the counter appeared. The 8 inch pipe, knee joint, tee joint and iron flange were used to make the counter underfoot, in the way that the tubes were torn and connected with knee and tee and they were screwed to the ground by flanges. The pipes and fittings impregnated with oil and heated by fire. So a smooth surface was obtained with a special color and no longer needed to use the paint coating.

In this project, in different sectors according to the type of use of each space, its own lighting was considered to create the desired light and shadow in any space. The ceiling of the hall totally consists of 6 watts of LED lights, behind the sofas of 2 watts of LED light, at the top of the rounded column, the top of the tile edges and round the mirror of the table and the W.C of the chain LED and in the high pendant of the countertop In the locker mirror, a tungsten lamp was used.
